Tandwa Ngomane started working in the IT industry in 1993 and has worked for various reputable companies nationally and internationally in the Financial and Information Technology industries and started being an intrepreneur in 2003 and in that has worked in a family business in logistics; Farming and Construction to name a few.

At Tan Tech, Tandwa will be dealing with the direction the company takes; investments; long term goals and research. He will also be responsible for all the IT requirements and all teaming agreements and maintenance of SLA agreements with various stakeholders.

Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set on Tan Tech objectives and goals. Tandwa is also responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction of the company to ensure that we achieve financial vision, mission and long term goals.
